We guarantee you will love your art, or you may return it for a refund!
- You may return any eligible product you have ordered from Marianela Holly LLC. within 14 days of receipt of delivery of merchandise.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. ” Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
- Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product.
- If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14-day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
- We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received.

- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need t0 Email Us. with a photo image of the damage. You must Email Us if any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us. so that we can assist you.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- All CLEARANCE Items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
